“Do everything without complaining or arguing” – Philippians 2:14

The following are actual travel complaints provided by travel agencies around the globe, including TripAdvisor.com and Thomas Cook:

“A first-time cruise passenger blamed the captain for not warning him that he could get seasick and asked for a schedule of cruises in which he wouldn’t get seasick.”

“The street signs weren’t in English. I don’t understand how anyone can get around.”

“You said the town was next to a volcano, but we went, and there was no lava. I’m pretty sure it was just a mountain.”

“We had to cut our trip short to Yellowstone because we were informed that they don’t cage the animals at night for our protection. This is just dangerous and unacceptable.”

And finally. “We had to queue outside with no air conditioning.”

As Christians, we need to curb our complaining and take everything to the Lord in prayer. Today in prayer, confess any sin of complaining and change your complaint into a prayer for help from the Lord.

“Murmuring is wasted breath, and fretting is wasted time.” – Charles H. Spurgeon

God’s Word: “Don't grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!” – James 5:9
