Lou Nicholes is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University. He has spent over 40 years serving the Lord with Word of Life fellowship, first with Local Church Ministries as a missionary in the United States. He then started and directed a short-term missions program called Youth Reachout, taking over 2000 young people to 42 countries in 12 years. More recently he has been the Word of Life Asia Representative, traveling to various countries, recruiting potential staff, and helping establish new ministries. He currently is a missionary to Korea. He is also the author of 14 books, including “The Bible in a Nutshell”.
On the subject of marriage, Lou writes:
“As a boy, I remember a young lady coming to my mother for counsel concerning her marrying a man much older than herself. She was saying that if it didn’t work out she could always get a divorce. My mother told her marriage is for life and not for trial.”
One of the first things the Lord blessed was marriage. Today in prayer, give thanks to the Lord for establishing marriage.
