On Sunday October 9th, 2022 Mesa Church hosted a free event after our church services where we gave out pumpkins for carving and provided games and food. 60 people, 20 who were not part of the church, attended the event.
We rented the Party Trailer from the San Diego Southern Baptist Association and are exceptionally thankful for this resource.
We have found these block parties are a great way to get to know our neighbors. No one that we know of came to Christ as a result of our event but we have been following up and have gotten to know new familes as a result.
