Judy and I recently visited two of our newer churches in San Diego County. Anthem Church, now in Vista, and LifePoint Church, now in Carlsbad.
Pastor Mark Finnigan leads LifePoint Church. Pastor Mark and his wife Shannon have a lot on their plate as they moved their church meeting location and moved their residence. All this activity occurred while preparing for their daughter's wedding.
The church's new location is in the old Sears building in the Carlsbad shopping center (Carlsbad Plaza South Shopping Center), just off highway 78 in Carlsbad. There is plenty of parking at this new location.
Pastor Mark and his team are still busy making adjustments for sound, lighting, and much more.
Pastor Chase Feindel leads Anthem Church. Pastor Chase and his wife Lauren and the leaders and congregation have leased space in a shopping mall in Vista. The new facility is nearly finished with renovations to provide space for worship, children, small groups, youth, and much more. The new location is Shadow Ridge Plaza on the corner of Sycamore Ave. and Shadow Ridge Drive in Vista.
God is at work in North County through the congregations like Anthem and LifePoint -- serving their communities' spiritual and societal needs.
