Eternal Honor

Posted
Eternal Honor is a grief ministry that Chaplain Fermin Ancho, Pastor of Southwest Baptist Church and Community Service Chaplain, and I are doing for the veterans and their families on board Miramar National Cemetery and Ft Rosecrans National Cemetery.

Every Tuesday from 0800 to 0945, a group of dedicated PGR (Patriot Guard Riders) volunteers comes together to the hallowed grounds of Miramar National Cemetery to honor the Veterans Without Families during the Eternal Honor service. I am blessed to be a member of the PGR (Patriot Guard Riders).

On January 7, 2025, more than thirty members participated in remembering the honorable services of two WW-II heroes, SGT Edward Kovaleski and SGT Homer Nyberg. With no family members present, we were comrades and extended families for SGT Kovaleski and SGT Nyberg.
We were blessed to see the three F-35Bs flying over during the solemn service.
It was an honor for me to lead the opening and closing prayers.

Chaplain Fermin and I encourage our fellow chaplains and pastors to join us in doing this unique and cost-free ministry to our Nation's heroes. We receive constant requests for our service.
