"They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons." - 1 Timothy 3:10

An exercise stress test is used to determine how well your heart responds during times when it is working its hardest.
During the test, a person is asked to exercise — typically on a treadmill — while he or she is hooked up to an electrocardiogram (EKG) machine. This allows a doctor to monitor the person’s heart rate.
The exercise stress test is also referred to as an exercise test or treadmill test.
An exercise stress test is primarily used to help a doctor determine if the patient’s heart receives enough oxygen and proper blood flow when it needs it most, such as when he or she is exercising.
It can be ordered for people who have been experiencing chest pains or other symptoms of coronary heart disease.
An exercise stress test may also be used to help determine a patient’s level of health, especially if he or she is starting a new exercise program. This allows a doctor to learn what level of exercise the patient can safely handle.

In a similar way, our faith is tested for strength. Today in prayer, praise the Lord that through testing, your faith will increase.
